Two Biggest Hobbies (And Why!)
So I thought I'd share my two biggest hobbies here, and why.
Im 44. I own a retro video game store with a lounge that is dedicated to over 45 years of video games. They're such a huge part of my growing up (and remaining a big kid!)

I also started collecting coins when I was 9. My great uncle whom I was named after got me started. Over time I became enthralled by the obscure, and the history surrounding them. My favorite coin are 3 cent silver coins. They are super, super tiny, and few still exist in good shape as many were melted down for Civil War military use and such, plus they are also super thin and haven't handled time well.

Collecting coins sounds so interesting 🥰
I have to confess, I've never played a video game in my life 💜😁
@nicmidnight
So cool,
When I was a teenager, I hung around the local arcade and PacMan was one of my favourite games to play along a few pinball machines.
@braindamag3
PacMan and pinball machines were definitely two of my favorites, as well as air hockey, playing darts and shooting pool!
The arcade game Centipede was also fun😃
Yoooooo that’s so cool! :)
@nicmidnight
That's cool I also love retro video games well I love video games in general
@nicmidnight
So cool!
Thanks for sharing 😃
@nicmidnight That's a cool hobby, I collect hacksilver, which is any bit of silver you find. I bought mountains of silver things back when silver was like only 5$ an ounce now its up to $50's and climbing. I feel quite rich sometimes. My most unique silver thing is a silver spoon from the red cross in 1886, and a very old Mexican silver ring that is wildly misshapen.
Wow, that's a really pretty coin!! I can see why it's your favorite!!
The image of your Retro Video Game store looks really neat too!! I know someone who would likely love to go there!
I'm 33 and my hobbies are constantly changing with my mood. But I'd have to say the 2 biggest ones lately would have to be:
Video games - because they allow me to escape the real world for the timeframe that I'm playing them. I also get to admire the beautiful landscapes that other artists have created.
Singing and listening to music - no matter the mood, music has always been there to help me through. There have been many times that music as pulled me out of some of my darkest moments. I even use music to help sleep at night.
