Video games you enjoyed playing when you were young.
I still have fond memories which brings me feeling of nostalgia. What type of video games did you enjoy playing when you were young? Do you remember your first video games?
My first video games were, mario and duck hunt on NES. My first PC video game was skii or die.

Gameboy had the first games I played as well as PC games. [Lol does Jumpstart edutainment count?] (GB: SuperMario and the Six Coins. PC: LucasArts Dark Forces 2 and Jedi Knight).
For the N64 it has to be BanjoKazooie and Ocarina of Time. (We were a Nintendo Household until the Xbox released).
@Slayer22 Hey Slayer. How are you? One of my favorite video games to play growing up was spyro. Spyro was the first game I ever played on PlayStation. Before that I mostly played games on Saga or on the computer like the Sims, Risk, Spy Fox, Backyard Baseball etc.

Anyone heard of Atari? We were elated that Mt parents got us that game system. So grew up on space invaders. And Jump man.

When I was a kid I liked playing Donkey Kong Country Returns and Pikmin 1 & 2 on the Wii. I played a ton of video games as a kid, and I'm still trying to play a lot of games now.
Video games were the only good parts of my childhood so I have a lot of fond memories.

For me:
NES - Super Mario, Excitebike, Amagon, Platoon
SNES - Super Mario World, Super Mario All Stars, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat 1- Ultimate 3, Super Street Fighter II, XMen Mutant Apocalypse, Maximum Carnage, Mega Man X, and all the WWF games they released on this console
PC - Chex Quest, Quake, Doom, Duke Nukem
PS1 - Rayman, Tomb Raider, RE2, and all the WWF games
PS2 - all the WWE games
N64 - all the wrestling games, Super Smash Bros, all of the Legend of Zelda games
@Slayer22 My first game was Pokémon Sapphire, I still enjoy playing Pokémon to this day (Although for the 3rd gen I play Emerald now)
I actually still like various games from my childhood, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario 64, New Super Mario Bros., Animal Crossing, Yoshi's Island, blah blah blah. Despite still being a teen still (although I turn adult next year) I grew up on retro stuff due to economic issues, so I have a soft spot for retro or retro-style games.
The own games I'll make myself will be retro-style as well, due to this and because it is more accessible for low resources.
