My mom recently handed me a bunch of empty glass jars that she'd like to reuse so I can paint them and make them cute!

I'm having a lot of fun planning designs for each one and painting them (each jar gets a cute little pun based on what we're going to store in it!)

I was enjoying colouring in colouring book and reading but lately I feel burnt out. I feel horrible and angry and tired. I think there might be something permanently wrong with my mental health, like Bipolarity because it's always up and down and I just can't figure out how to make myself feel better, my moods are having an impact on my partner and productivity.

Nothing is permanent. That includes your current mental health problems and feeling burnt out.

Hang in there. You’ll get through and overcome all of it. Just keep continuing to live your life and be as happy as possible.

If you’re able to talk to a therapist or a listener here, I highly encourage you to try that out for all your current problems. It may help you overcome them sooner than later or at least cope with them.
