@Tinywhisper11 Put a roof on the maze. A clear solid plastic sheet, so you can see what they're doing. Make sure to only fasten it enough so the guinea pigs can't push it off...you want to remove the roof when it needs cleaning. Use 6-mil polycarbonate or something like that.

But seriously, it's not my idea. It's standard procedure when building mazes for lab rats, hamsters, for small mammals in general.

@Tinywhisper11 Some suggest the guinea pig squeal is a sonar used by the germans uboats in WW2. 😹💯 I like the squeak they make.

learning something new is a huge confidence boost, especially if you can produce something you can show your friends and family. :)
