Singing.
I think even as a kid I was introduced to so many musicals and shows with music unknownigly that I had been singing since I was a kid and even now, when I want to relief stress, singing helps me.
I’m happy singing is your comfort, comfort x
@BlueDarkAurora art- it was my only escape where I could have creative freedom I used to do it to distract me and get my mind off things it was like my own personal bubble where I could just let loose recently I don’t do it as much since I’m busy but it’s always been a part of me and recently journaling as it’s a way for me to just let everything go by writing what I feel and it even takes a bit of weight off my shoulders
I don't really remember, but from the beginning it made me feel some spark whenever I start freestyle dancing, painting, designing. I love fashion designing. But prolly ngl it was my mom who's talent has been inherited by me. But the dancing part is purely mine, the passion I have for these stuff is indescribable. It was my mother, whom I give the credit for me being this creative
@sheuebdhixiene That kind of talent running in the family is awesome 💖 I love how you have your own passion too ^-^
Thanks, what about you? How did get into your hobbies?
@sheuebdhixiene Painting is my main hobby, I watched a Bob Ross tutorial once and it inspired me to follow along :)
Canon event!! I was inspired to paint by watching bob ross as well . He made it seem so easy, he's techniques helped me alot
@BlueDarkAurora deeply ingrained pressures of society, limitations of class and upbringing. Etc..
@deadXennial I hope you do still enjoy your hobbies 💗 Sometimes outside pressure around what we should be doing can take the joy out of things we love.
@BlueDarkAurora Thank you. It's hard to say if I enjoy them or not. Since the pandemic it seems I enjoy nothing.
@deadXennial Understandable 💙 The pandemic was such a hard time for so many. I really hope you are able to find your passion again.
@BlueDarkAurora they're around. They're just not the same and circumstances surrounding them are constantly draining. I'm chronically drained or dealing with trauma and stress.
@deadXennial I'm sorry 💙 But I'm glad your passion is still around. Hope feels stronger when something meaningful is still present. Circumstances change, that's a kind of hope we all hold on to :)
@BlueDarkAurora I know you're trying to help but it's just coming off as condescending.
@BlueDarkAurora
I started drawing on anything I could find (scratch paper, napkins, Keno pads. receipts, etc. when I was bored. Later, as I started to draw just for myself, my friends noticed and asked me to draw them things. I once drew the poster for the Little Mermaid on my friend's yearbook. I still love to draw.
