The Cupmaster's riddle

Hello everyone! I am Cube, and I love puzzles. Both solving puzzles, and designing puzzles. I had an idea for a little puzzle that is 7cups themed, so I designed the following puzzle. Can you solve it?

The Cupmaster has placed 7 cups of tea in a 4x4 grid on the table as follows:
🟫☕☕☕
☕🟫🟫🟫
☕☕🟫☕
🟫🟫🟫🟫
One of the seven cups is special and secretly contains extra tasty tea.

Albert and Belle are two perfect logicians. The Cupmaster tells Albert in which column the special cup is located and tells Belle in which row the special cup is located. They then have the following conversation:
Albert: I know that you know that I don't know where the special cup is.
Belle: Now that I know that you know that, I know which cup is the special cup.

Can you now determine which cup is the special cup?

@CubicCube42 You will need to explain to us too

You could type the answer in white and then when we hover over it becomes visible that way more can play

@CocoaCassie

 it’s got a something to do with the columns and the rows. Kinda sudoku-y

I attempted but my brain also was hurting 😂😂

great work putting this together @cubiccube42

I am adding the answer here, with an explanation. It is in white text, so you need to select it to reveal the answer.

The only column that would allow Albert to know which cup is the special one is the third column, so Belle can not be given row 1, because Belle knows for sure that Albert doesn't know where the cup is. If Belle was given row 1, she wouldn't be able to know for sure Albert doesn't have column 3. But Albert knows for sure that Belle does not have row 1, which means Albert must have been given column 1, since it is the only column that does not have a cup in row 1. Belle didn't know where the special cup was before the statement of Albert, so Belle could not have been given row 2, hence Belle was given row 3 and thus the special cup is in row 3, column 1.
