Healing Symbols: Moon and star
I did another art threapy exercise and this one to show what my healing symbol are. I pick the moon and stars. The moon to me represent the cycle of life and mystery of the universe. I love how the moon offers a way to have the power it grants in my witchcraft. And the stars to means to me is humanity and hope in life. Both put together means renewal and healing of the emotions and subconscious.
I love the snowy texture as im a fan of the northern lights and snow (ironic I live on the west cost lol).

Aww I've never tried art therapy, or digging deeper this way, but I can relate with your thoughts and perception about the moon and the stars so much. Also omigosh, the northern lights right?! They are spectacular, on my absolute bucket list too haha. Someday. :')

For moon particularly, I love this quote-ish thingy- "The moon reminds me: You are whole. No matter what phase you're in."

I love these art therapy drawings you're doing! The moon is one of my favourite things - to me it's a reminder that even at the darkest points there's always 'someone' there, it's reassuring.

Fun fact: the moon also represents mystery/hidden influences and energy forces :3
