Courage to do

Courage is one of the best motivators to take action. My greatest encouragement comes from myself. This is a bit funny, but I think self-encouragement has helped me overcome difficulties and challenges when no one is by my side. Looking back, I assured you that these are not empty words, but spiritual encouragement and action for you in times of danger

Everything has an end, and so does self-encouragement. You will be very lonely if you always have to encourage yourself. "Have to do everything" is a phrase that clearly describes the harm of self-encouragement. You are always forced to do everything because you have no one beside you.

This is the right time for you to seek encouragement from outside. Being open and lowering your ego are two core points to decide whether others will encourage and cheer you on or not.

Just like self-motivation, seeking encouragement from outside also needs to have limits. Over-dependence, annoyance, wasted time, etc are what the other person will suffer when you ask them for help beyond the allowable limit.

Discussion

The above are the general points that I have listed for you about encouragement, but if I were to list them in detail, it would probably take several pages. "Where do you mainly seek encouragement from? From yourself, family and friends, etc." (I am only replying to the participants who joined the discussion. Thank you for understanding)

Courage is a part of the values taught in the Inner Development Goal Course, you can learn more about such values in the course here.

@HealingwithMinionn

I seek encouragement only from my family and friends!

I find it within my faith.

I trust in my own abilities 💕💜

@Amanda84 I think you are a person who loves the relationships around you very much, and you always have faith in your choices. It is a wise decision to choose a place to motivate yourself through meaningful relationships around your circle. You must be a person who believes in your ability to overcome problems in life. One thing I should learn from you is to believe in your faith. Faith is invisible and gives you deep encouragement. Thank you for your answer. Although it is a bit short, it also broadens my perspective. I need to focus on the invisible values in life.

@HealingwithMinionn I find encouragement from myself, friends, family and anything that makes me feel motivated to be better in not just academics, but understanding myself and those around me

@HealingwithMinionn I would say, for me, the best courage and motivator would be my boyfriend. A grounded presence in my life, and it automatically pushes me to work forward to build a great life for myself individually and both of us.
