Learning mindset and openness

Learning. Mindset helps one learn skills that can help one become a better person and helps you. Learn the skills you need to do things in life.

In my example, I am learning how to become a better person and not make the same mistakes I made in the past. I learned how to work on skills I need to get better at, like not helping when I should not, how to better use the group chats and how to become a mature person. My. Grandfather would say, “You can learn something new every day for your  whole life.”

 Openness is being willing to learn, accept changes and accept hard emotions.

For example, I  have to be open to change and become a better person.  I want to touch on being open about tough emotions. It has been hard for that. I could not send sorry letters to those people I needed to after I messed up.   What I learned is that being open about these tough emotions of not being able to send those sorry letters right away is that it means more to those people to get them when they do, since it shows the growth I did. In 12 weeks.

1. How do you use openness in your life?

2. What do you hope to use the learning Mindset on cups?

@Reachforthestars00

Thanks for the amazing post Reach for the stars! 💗

I use openness in my life by trying new things and expressing my emotions, much like you.

  1. I use openness in my life by being real with myself when something isn’t working. I try not to shut down when things get uncomfortable, even though that used to be my first reaction. Whether it’s getting feedback I didn’t want to hear or facing something I did wrong, I’m learning to sit with it and actually take it in. That’s what helps me grow. Being open doesn’t mean I have it all together, but it means I’m not pretending I don’t need to improve.

  2. On 7 Cups, I want to use a learning mindset to become more helpful to others. I don’t think being a good listener or supporter is something you’re just born knowing how to do. You have to practice. I want to keep learning how to respond better, ask better questions, and know when to just listen instead of jumping to solve things. Every conversation is a chance to improve.
