Now that the trigger warning has been listed, Hello everyone and good morning it's InsightfulPhoenix/Phoe with another deeply entuned discussion. This morning I would like to talk about Embracing Changes with you all. The sections involved are: Section 1 Being ( Inner Compass) , all of section 2 Thinking , section 3 Relating ( Empathy and Compassion) and section 5 Acting ( Perseverance).

As I woke up this morning a thought it my mind and I would like to discuss it with you all🤗. Here it goes, when heal from things for awhile our minds give us such self-doubt, lack of motivation and what not. How about when we overcome those feelings and when get to the stage of peace and eternal bliss? This where the topic Embracing Changes come from, during stages of inner reflection, thinking of oneself in different variations and forms, throughout the healing process, then going to relating to our once broken parts of ourselves changing the self-doubt to self-love and empathy/compassion for oneself and finally leading into acting out on motivation a stronger version of ourselves.

Often times, we don't talk enough about how the transition from being the once was broken self, to trying to embrace the changes of what is occurring. Old traits try to cling to the mind and so do old thoughts. Those moments are completely normal, because it is huge transition from what you used to know and what you are learning. Each change is a new opportunity to learn something about yourself.

Sometimes as humans, we think that Embracing changes usually means a transition within environment, work setting, or anything physically noticed. However, we often forget about the internal changes that occur on daily basis, sometimes even throughout the courses of a year(s). We as humans do not notice these internal changes, because it can not be seen. It can only be noticed, if someone who is around you long enough or even yourself to point out the difference between then and now.

Questions:

1. What is 3 hard things you have faced when embracing changes? An why was it hard for you?

2. Do you feel that embracing changes is something easy or difficult to accomplish?

3. How do you feel after reading this?

I think the three hardest struggles would be embracing who I am as a disabled person understanding why I feel stuck in my head the brain that doesn't understand my body due to my cerebral palsy and three that's a very hard one to answer
