Inner Compass in your Relationships

What I would like to talk about today is the Inner Compass in your Relationships. Many people often think that when in Relationships whether it is platonic or romantic, that altering oneself to make the other happy is always key. This is incorrect, you should never have to alter yourself ( unless it is healthy and for yourself). The Inner Compass is apart of the First Dimension. Here is what I would like to ask 🤗

Questions:

1.  What do you value more in your relationships Authenticity or Integrity?

2. What do you enjoy about your Learning mindset when dealing with platonic, romantic or family relationships?

3. Do you believe that your top strength is useful in those moments?

@InsightfulPhoenix for some, the genuine connection fostered by authenticity might be more significant, while for others, the reliability and ethical conduct associated with integrity might take precedence. Personally, I care more about the latter but value both of them and feel like they're connected.

That's very important to recognize, especially because the latter is just as an important approach as many others' and not often spoken about enough. The latter makes a big significant difference rather than zoning on one aspect, thank you for sharing!

@InsightfulPhoenix in regards to the second question, I loved the concept of learning mindset, it makes so much sense to every relationship in my life, I feel like a different person when I deal with different people. n romantic relationships, a learning mindset includes continuous communication, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and mutual growth, while when it comes to me and my family it helps me understand their perspectives and different dynamics

@InsightfulPhoenix I feel like listening and learning to communicate is the most important thing. The ability to express oneself clearly, actively listen, and understand others, contributes to healthy and meaningful connections.

I can understand where you are coming from, and I can definitely agreed to what you ars saying. Active listening, self-expression, and understanding comes into play heavily when being with someone or around some whether romantically, platonically or family wise. Thank you for this viewpoint as well
