Practicing Gratitude
I felt like the best tip from the IDG program was using I statements to share how you felt and to practice gratitude. Maintaining a gratitude journal is one of the simplest things you can do to feel better about yourself and using positive reinforcements. Simply by using this method you can realise how fortunate you are and that the problems you have are still less when compared to the blessings you have.
Let's everyone share about the biggest thing you are grateful for and the toughest problem you have.

I’m really grateful for the ability to learn and grow every day, whether it’s through conversations like this or the countless little discoveries along the way.
And sometimes, I struggle with finding balance. There’s always so much to do and think about, and keeping everything in harmony can be tough.

I couldn’t agree more. Gratitude journals are a powerful practice that I try to maintain at least daily. It can be easy to get stuck in a halo of negativity, feeling that nothing works and that you are stuck. Gratitude journaling allows us to get unstuck, see the positivity around us, and count our blessings.
I am grateful for the support I have and for the opportunities to learn and grow as I face problems. For me, no problem is that tough because I know from experience that I have faced more challenging things in my life and more tough challenges are yet to come. I just trust in my ability to face whatever challenge comes my way 🥰

I'm grateful for all that I have in this moment. Sometimes, I get small moments of happiness throughout the day, but I would always forget to appreciate and be grateful for them. And it was even worse before I learned about the importance of practicing gratitude recently. Before, I always focused on what I didn't have or lost, and I would be like, "Why do other people have it but I don'ttttt"
And my biggest struggle right now is kind of many problems mashed together. It's something I've been working on solving. It can be summed up as overthinking and being really anxious, and I described it as many problems mashed together because is consists of learning how to manage my emotions better, feeling like I'm not pretty enough, self worth issues, etc. I have made progress on it, though, and I'm also grateful for that and proud of myself for that.
i am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community that helps people and genuinely cares.
i am grateful for everything my parents have done for me.
i am grateful for my girlfriend who supports me, unconditionally.

Journaling is the best practice. Practicing gratitude journaling is very helpful. This help us stay grounded and being self aware.
The thing I am so grateful is that in any hardship or problem I stayed steadfast and optimistic. I always think that the best is yet to come 😊🌸
