Trust and Cooperation

Trust and cooperation are important skills in the Inner Development Goals course in particular and in life in general. I often have difficulty trusting others, because I think everyone just says nice things on the lips.

But that is not the truth. I understand that there are still people who are worthy of our trust. When trust is given and trust is built together, cooperation will come. I cannot be good at everything in life. Therefore, cooperation is very important to me.

Imagine if you give someone your trust, but the trust is not built together, and cooperation cannot happen. What would you do in this case and for the next new collaboration?

I would like to hear your views. But first, I will share how I did it:

1. I was sad, maybe even cried, and found a friend or just a sincere stranger to confide in
2. Then I looked back at the benefits and losses that I left behind in reality and felt grateful for that
3. Finally, I opened my heart to cooperate with new people (I don't know if the old people still dare to meet me, but I am willing to cooperate with them if conditions allow)
