I have had like three panic attacks today

I have a throbbing headache behind my ear and it hurts so bad

I'm so cold I'm shaking

I can't feel my fingertips

I'm there for everybody else but no one is there for me. I'm tired of being around people that I would move heaven and earth for but they won't even notice when I'm not there.
