My bed is my safe space💜

I wrote of list of things that were important to me, once I was out of hospital and rehab. I promised myself that I would have a safe place for myself, that I would take up space instead of hiding myself all the time. One of the safe place things was a comfortable bed. Another was a desk and storage for my daily needs, a third for a poster of daily practices... I now have a bed with a soft down alternative topper and soft blankets, an electric blanket, and an overhead fan. I love being in bed and feeling the warmth or the cooling and the soft hugging feel. I like my dreams which are sometimes better than life. I like feeling rested. I still get up to conquer the world but when needed resort to retreating to the bed.
