What Is happiness, what does it mean to be happy?
Happiness is a state of mind, happiness is a moment of contentness and well, generally a good time. I believe however, that happiness cannot exist without sadness, with the same logic that good cannot exist without evil. If you think happiness as a superhero fighting crime and keeping everyone safe, then, that superhero needs a villian to fight. The superhero isn't a hero unless there is a vilian to fight and vanquish.
The same is in life, happiness is meaningless if we have not suffered to achive it. If one is never sad in his entire life, then he'd never be happy in his entire life, he'd just be "ok". There would be no moments of great victory or achivement or simply, great moments of fun. If every day is "good", equally, then you won't have the good days to look forward too.
And I think this is important to remember, as a sociaty today, I believe we are pushed to look for eternal happiness, but eternal happiness is a myth, a legend. A false and untrue legend. Happiness is not forever, and that's perfectly ok, it's how it should be. Happiness comes and goes, as with every feeling in our mind, and every moment in our lives.
So, embrace your moments of happiness, and, if you don't have any in your current period in your life, then work to create and achieve moments of happiness and the harder the road, the more sweet will be the moment.
Take care everyone <3.

I believe too that happiness is a moment, just a brief temporary feeling. We are told that happiness is what we have to achieve and when we cannot achieve it we fall into the state of sadness or even worse. It is easy to become happy or sad but it requires more to become accepting and living in harmony with the daily ups and downs.
