Sometimes I hate how others think I have no common sense at all. Do I need to say the right things all the time just because of some dip sh*t awards I've received?! I just want to bury them along with their f*cking expectations. I wish I just didn't study so hard to be treated like that. Sorry to tell them, I am no genius.
I am a little anxious right now with my relationship with my boyfriend. I don't know what's happening to me. I don't know if he's contented with me or if I'm contented with him. Ugh. This issue is making me grumpy.

I can understand how this can impact your mood. I wanted to let you know that if you need relationship support in addition to talking about your anger, we have a relationship Support forum as well to discuss what's going on in your relationship. There is also a Relationship Support Group Chat, and 1-1 listener support.
I'm glad you posted.
Im frustrated with my job. Everything about it makes me unhappy. I work retail, and i could list about a million things that get on my every last nerve. And whats worse is that I know retail jobs anywhere are going to be just as bad as where I am now, so Im conflicted as to wether I should stay or try and find another job where I might be happier. I didnt finnish college so I have no degree to rely upon. I would like to go back to school, but I havent got enough money for that right now (mortgage), and I dont know what I even want to do "when I grow up" (Im 27, lol). I dont bring a lot of money in with my job, my husbands job is what pays most of the bills, and I feel like he is working himself to death, while I can barely stand to be at work at a job that is so much easier than his. It makes me feel guilty. Really Im just angry at myself and the situation im in. I dont know.... *sigh*
I feel so vile. I feel it all over my skin. I know that taking my anger out physically won't work, because this is some sort of emotional violence. I want to scream. I want to make him cry. I want to tell him he's worthless, since he's made me feel worthless.
But he didn't mean to. He only wanted to help me. But his whole existence has brought about this crushing insecurity the likes of which I've never felt before. This anger, brought about by disgust in myself to the point where I want to vomit, is fueling me.
I don't want to die, per se - I want to get away. Or I want to hurt him emotionally. In an ideal situation I would do neither - but at this point I feel that almost out of indignation I want to leave and never see him again. So I'm not giving him the satisfaction of having everything go well for him as I suffer.
He said he used to be suicidal before he met me. Now I say he's just passed on that feeling to me.
It's all so broken.

Hello. Your feelings sound difficult for you at present and not at all nice for you. Do you allocate some time each day to write down these feelings or do you carry around a bookletso that when the feelings come up you can write them down? Writing the stuff down helps to focus attention on the feelings when they come up, there's then a note of them for later, and sometimes after writing stuff down it allows a person to get on again for a while. Also what hobbies and productive activities did you have before meeting him? Its a good idea to keep up what you enjoy and like to do as well as have a relationship, because then there's plenty to be focusing some of which go well sometimes and some of which do not, but there's at least a variety. If not and if there's only one dominat thing in a person's life then it leaves that person vulnerable to the variableness of that one thing, like it becomes your life instead of being one thing in your life. Is any of this helpful, and if not please ignore.
There is a serious fraud going on in a private London hospital where there was a physician's mistake / accident leaving the person who was my wife of five months severely injured but discharged in a wheelchair her and I being told that she was making a steady recovery. Actually was in great danger from the injury and was requiring emergency surgery. The private hopsital management has covered up the entire event and instead of responding they have left terrible problems. My life has disintegrated. I feel sick with emotional pain most of the time. I can hardly get through the day. I am being victimised by persons in authorities that are supposed to be there to help.
