I had a dream that I met a Japanese Friend I havent seen in over 5 years

I had a dream that I met a Japanese Friend I havent seen in over 5 years

Yesterday I had this dream were I have seen a very good friend of mine, he was giving me advice on how to stay lean and thing, telling me the way to do it was to I believe just drink liquids and eat almost nothing. And i lifted my shirt to show him how lean I was and he congratulated me on having this flat stomach.

In my dream I was jogging, I had this mickey mouse tank top, and a mickey mouse shorts ontop of a black joggins.

Usually I fast every day, i do intermitent fasting, sorta eat once every 18 to 20 hours or so, and i am super worried about getting to have this 6 packs. kinda I dont like having fat or belly. So in dreams I manifested my worries, so it seams getting to meet this friend of mine was a big worry of mine too :)
