Hey, I think you did really well with managing your time and I can tell you really care about people. I have noticed you're behind with your assigned tasks by 3 weeks. You respond promptly, you are empathic, punctual and really care about others. I also wanted to mention that you are doing a good job but there a few things to work on. I have noticed you haven't been completing tasks in a timely manner. I also would like to start communication between you and I. If you feel you need an extension on a task, let me know.
