Delegation is one of the leadership skills which involves assigning tasks to the team and empowering them to complete them. An effective delegation allows leaders to focus on higher-level tasks and contribute to team members’ growth and development

- However, assigning tasks is a task in itself. Sometimes leaders have so many things to do that delegating tasks is the last on the list. In this case, if you are a team member and notice your team lead struggles with delegating tasks, what proactive options can you take?

@ouiCherie hi not in your group but been the person at the top a number of times.
My strategy is if a person really wants to do a certain thing, let them roll and do it.
If subordinates want to organize a committee to monitor the widget factory do it!!
I ended up doing very little, things worked well and they wanted to keep me as leader!
Mega delegation so time to pursue hobbies hahaha
