Does 7 cups have a responsibility to know what's going on in the lives of, and to offer catered support to their most giving and potentially vulnerable volunteers?
@GlenM this is something I think that would be very valuable and innovative to add into your business model.

@Sasher I've read multiple posts by new listeners who could use some support. Being thrown into the wild alone can be overwhelming for some giving and vulnerable listeners.
