@Hope One thing ever leader should know is that it is okay to take breaks. Sometimes loading ourselves with way too much work can be exhausting so it is okay to take breaks and rest

One thing every leader should know is how, what & when to delegate.
To never think they are the best amongst them, because they are the leader. They are the leader because the best (HOPEFULLY) chose them.
The prerequisite for any leader is they should really not want to be leader, they just want to sheepdog people home and don't want anyone worse to do it.
To accept that there is quite often someone who knows more or better and so be humble enough to seek and ask them for advice and help.
To bite the nose off anyone who tries to attack whomever they are leading.
Be kind and approachable.
Courage, wisdom, discipline and a sense of justice.
Don't look too good, nor talk too wise.
Someone who cares for the young, old weak and sick as much as the healthiest and fittest.
I'm not sure any of those are original thoughts, but I'll leave that to the smart peeps.
Able to admit when and where they have been wrong without it letting affect how well they lead.
I'm sure there are more but save that for another day.
