@HopeI think it's very simple. It's your own standard. By my standards, I will follow my heart and judge this by my standards. If it's something I think is wrong, THEN I won't do it, and I won't commit. If he's right, I'll do it the way I want to do it. But only if I think about what rules and laws I'm breaking. If it's going to hurt someone, if it's going to hurt someone's interests, THEN I won't do it. So I think dare to say also dare to do, if you promise something that you must keep your promise to do well. But if you say yes or no to something according to your own standards, be prepared for the consequences of what you say yes or say no to. If you represent a group, I don't think you can accept or reject something on your own terms. You need to discuss it with your other team members or partners before you say yes or no.

Building on what Chunyu224 said I decide if it's an action that's based on my values first. If it aligns then I see if I have the capacity to do it. If I do then I ask myself if someone else would be better placed to do this/is my voice or action the one thats needed for this.
