Activities Checklists!

Hi! If you are reading this, you are a student in the LDP who has not yet stepped into leadership! You're gaining the education through the coursework, and you're also gaining experience to find the right path for you to contribute as a new leader!

We have several paths you can follow. We offer roles in three domains: �Engagement, Quality, and Safety

In this comprehensive slide deck, you can view each domain, the roles that fall under them, and links to informational forum posts and applications. �Members, please check out the last slide for all the roles you are eligible for!

To help orient you to the site, we have put together a checklist that covers most areas fo the site in a learn-by-doing way. We ask you to go through these and try out different things to see what speaks to you!

We have created one for students enrolled as listeners and students enrolled as members.

Listeners Only �Activities checklist:
Introduce yourself in LSR
Read Chat Support FAQ (#17 in Chatroom Guidelines)
Spend time in support rooms / join a discussion and see how they are led.
Participate in 3 Sharing Circles (held in the Sharing Circle room. what are Sharing Circles?)
Get 10 group member (Group Support) chats or listener (Listener Group) chats
Join Safety and Knowledge, Site Updates and 2+ subcommunities of your choosing
Make 15 forum posts (posts or replies)
Take the Listener Oath
Welcome 5 newbies in any of the welcome subforums
Apply to take the mock chat and become a verified listener
Take at least one Active Listening Course (found in Training and Certifications)
Request a listener coach
Host one Sharing Circle (optional - only required if going into Group Support)

Complete Member Compassion Course
Earn Friendly Face badge ((100 group support chats + 300 Compassion Hearts, both listed on your public profile)
25 forum upvotes (your total number of upvotes is listed on your public profile)
Reply to 10 posts in threads needing a reply
Post and reply to others in 3 Key Things!
Host one Sharing Circle �
