hi! so I first came out as bisexual last May. I knew that I found both girls and boys attractive. but recently, I started to think about how I really am not into having a sexual relationship with someone. having sex, all of the romantic parts of it (I still like romance, I'm just not sure how much). I haven't liked someone in a long time and I'm questioning if I do what a sexual relationship. I'm fine with hugging and kissing person. But I don't want to go further then that in a relationship. I find people attractive but I don't know if I'm romantically attached to them. I still like girls and boys. am I biromantic?

@smolstrawberries while it's always going to be up to you how you identify, with asexuality there are also a lot of things that can be confusing and causing a discomfort with sex. if asexuality seems to you the best way to describe your experiences, that's great! I personally though also know of people who thought they were asexual and eventually realized they had things they were ignoring like personal trauma, internalized homophobia, their age, self esteem issues, or even their medication that was causing a lower interest in sex. I'm not at all trying to discourage you from identifying as asexual though, because it definitely sounds like you've thought about this and nobody knows how you're feeling better than you do. It all comes down to how you personally feel and choosing a label, if any, that make you feel the most comfortable and best describes your experiences! I wish you the best with understanding your sexuality!
