It takes time to figure out who you are and what you want.
This is important before you enter into any kind of relationship.
It's about being comfortable in your own skin 🩵🤗

Make sure you love your self first. To be completely honest it'll be hard to find someone else but it's not impossible! Don't settle for someone who won't love you for you. I'm not personally ace but I can see how finding a partner would be harder. Please don't enter a relationship before you are ready. You are loved and being ace doesn't change that it just makes you even cooler than you are! If you want a partner and feel ready maybe try finding a community that feels like you or try dating online. I don't have any experience with dating so I'm not one to talk I guess but I feel like being in a relationship with someone who has similar feelings would be a lot easier

I hear you.❣️ Feeling that tug between wanting romantic closeness and knowing your aro/ace identity is real can be super confusing and even a little heartbreaking.💔
But here’s the thing: being aro/ace doesn’t mean you can’t have love or deep connection. It just means the kind of love that fills your heart might look different. ❤️
A hepful way to start accepting it: remind yourself that your identity is valid even when it doesn’t match the world’s “romantic ideal.”✨️ You don’t have to force yourself into something that doesn’t fit you. You can still desire connection, cuddle vibes, or emotional closeness without needing a “rmantic partner” title. That’s your ace self shining.☀️🌈
@CelestialSolace
it just hard cuz it seam like everyone wants to have this big romantic history like some of my cousins are married and the ones that aren't are talking about mirage and it just awkward
@Limefuzzy5940
Ofc it feels awkward to you.😵💫 You are surrounded by people who do not match your beliefs. That part is very normal.
And remember: their likings ≠ your likings🩷.
society is heavily built around romance. It’s treated like the only path. So when you don’t relate, it can feel isolating, not because you’re wrong, but because you’re in the minority.❣️
