looking for other asexuals for support
Hi everyone! I've started to think I might be on the asexual spectrum. I do enjoy having sex sometimes, most of all by myself, but I don't really feel sexual attraction, or very little of it. I had to break up with my long term boyfriend over my supposed low libido because it was so tiring to be expected to have intercourse when I wasn't feeling like it to keep the peace. We tried opening our relationship but unfortunately it didn't work for us. How did you realize you were asexual if you're not sex repulsed? I feel romantic attraction and I would like to find a partner in the future but I'm really scared of having the same issue and I would like to give some kind of heads up if i do meet someone i want to be with.
@KanekiKen6661 Hey! I also don't feel sexual attraction much and have a low libido. I currently don't label my sexuality, but I do think I'm on the asexual spectrum. I also am aromantic and not interested in romantic relationships. I know you said you do experience romantic attraction, so I'm not sure if you're only looking to talk with others who feel romantic attraction along with being on the ace spectrum. @KanekiKen6661 I think sex is something which only works when both people are in the mood for it. This doesnt happen every often.
