2 Truths, 1 lie?
How about a bit of 2 Truths, 1 Lie, LGBTQ+ style?
It's easy to play, share 2 facts about your experiences with or within the LGBTQ+ community, and make 1 up. Then take a look at others and try to identify which is the lie!
Remember, let's stick to having fun and keep it cups appropriate please!
I'll start us off:
a) "I've never been to a pride event"
b) "I accidently game out to my grandmother, but she was ecstatic."
c) "I went to a gay bar once, but it was full of straight men."
@EmotionsListener Definitely the last one
@EmotionsListener
B?
@Cinnamonro11
Oh wait.. Nvm
@EmotionsListener
a) I once came out to my closest friend who thought I was going to tell her I liked her.
b) I've never been to a pride festival.
c) I decided I was pansexual and that I go by she/they when I was 13.
@EmotionsListener, I think your lie is c.
@Kpopcat2020
I'll guess b? (and nope not c) 😃
@EmotionsListener Not c? umm a then
@yourbuddy30
You got me, I've been to lots of pride events! 🏳🌈
@EmotionsListener wow, that is awesome. Never seen one in my country
@Kpopcat2020 I am guessing b?
@yourbuddy30
Yes, quite unfortunately, the area here is not friendly and somewhat homophobic, so if you go to a pride festival, you have to watch out. I've never been because bad things have happened in the past, but I'm hoping to go to one soon!
for the two truths and a lie
1. my mother is queer and uses a xenogender
2. ive only ever went to one, small, pride event and it was pretty okay
3. i realized i was queer when i was 14, and went through a few labels before figuring out what i am.
2 truths and a lie:
1: I am fairly sure that my brother is gay or bi, but he won't tell me
2: I realized I was bi/pansexual when I was 12 (I'm 14 now, so 2 yrs ago)
3: I haven't come out to anyone in my fam except my parents.
@passionatePrune2736
Random guess lol, 3? :o
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Not quite!
@JuliaEWriter
I think 2...
@Cinnamonro11
Yeah good job.
@JuliaEWriter
Yey
1. I came out to my parents four times..
2. I actually started to question my sexuality only a few months ago
3. All of me and my 3 siblings came out as trans recently
@Cinnamonro11
Is it 3??
@JuliaEWriter
Nope
@Cinnamonro11
I’m guessing #1 is the false statement.
@TheAutumnWitch
No, I'm abrosexual and trans so first I actually came out as trans to my parents, but they didn't believe me, then I came out as lesbian, then my third coming out was trans again and this time it was a few years later and they understood it better, and then after a lot of contemplating wether I was bi or pan I found out abro was a thing and came out for the fourth time. I guess I made it really hard (:
the answer was 2
@Cinnamonro11
Oh wow, I never even heard of abrosexual until now! :0 You got me good! :)
@EmotionsListener
Playing two truths and a lie is fun :-)
Here are mine:
1) I’ve been to zero pride parades.
2) I’ve been to three pride parades.
3) I thought I was bisexual for a time before I realized that I was demisexual.
@TheAutumnWitch
I think 2...
@Cinnamonro11
Lmaoo, I just realised I wrote the exact same thing earlier, but yeah I think the false one is #2
I promise I didn't just copy paste my guess (꒪ω꒪υ)
@Cinnamonro11
Good intuition! I was hoping to make it tricky via having two options of pride parade attendances, but you got me.
@TheAutumnWitch
Heheh, I'm good at this ✨˘◡˘✨
