Hi I’m new so normal intro stuff

age: 14 (I aged up bc I was worried the app wouldn’t actually let me do anything mb)
so I got the app because I’m struggling with knowing I’m loved and loving people and figuring it out also because I believe that I might have an eating problem and I have rlly bad stress and anxiety levels

You really do need to be in the right age group though. it's a safety issue. 7 Cups has a vetting process for adults who can access teen group chats and private messaging with teens.
If you email community@7cups.com they can help you switch your account to teen.
