I can't tell you how many times I've experienced a scenario where someone could have asked me what it's like being non-binary.
While I can't speak for all non-binary folk, I can answer questions about me!

So I opened this thread in hopes of educating people on the identity and what they can do to be an ally to me and other non-binary folk.

In what sense?
Everyone is different obviously, but I'm generally understanding with that anxiety. I used to be in the same boat - not knowing what was considered polite to mention when it came to my fellow nb pals.

Most of the time I go by "Gnome" or "Binary", I also use "They/Them" pronouns :)
