@TeddysGayyyy208 first of all, congratulations on making this big first step and embracing who you are. It can be confusing at first, but remember you're not alone, many people felt this way as they started their journey of self-acceptance.
I guess a lot depends on the specific reasons why you're having a hard time accepting it: it could be due to your upbringing, a strict view of sexuality promoted by your family, your religious community, your school / workplace or society in general. Don't beat yourself up if it takes a long time to overcome this mindset, it's not easy to unlearn what you learned! Try focusing on deconstructing this mindset piece by piece. Every time you think something bad about yourself for your sexuality, think this: where does this feeling come from? Is it really yours or has someone else conditioned you to feel this way? Is there a concrete reason why you should feel bad, or does it all come from internalized prejudice? What is really "bad" about it, does your sexuality harm anyone? It obviously doesn't, and little by little you will embrace that mindset. Deconstructing social prejudice with logic and empathy isn't easy, buty ou can make it!
