Confused
Throughout my entire life I’ve gone by she/her girl. My family, friends, teachers, everyone has known me to be a she/her girl. However, for a while I’ve been thinking about how I wouldn’t mind being called other pronouns.
I wouldn’t mind if someone called me he/she/they etc. However I don’t know if this has anything to do with my gender? I’ve lived my whole life as a girl but I wouldn’t mind if someone used a different pronoun. Furthermore, I’ve been a closeted pansexual all throughout highschool. I don’t know if it’s worth it to tell people I’ve known for a long time that I don’t mind the pronoun or to just save it for when I introduce myself to new people in college
Any help please? Really struggling to figure it out :/

Just to clarify do you find you want to be called a different pronoun, or just that you don't find that it matters to you what pronoun others use? As to the question of gender, gender identity is one's own internal sense of self and their gender, whether that is man, woman, neither, both, etc. So more than pronouns, it's about that internal sense of self.
When and what you choose to tell others is obviously up to you. Perhaps thinking about what the potential benefit of speaking up now vs waiting would help? Maybe also ask yourself what are the potential drawbacks? How would you deal with those?
I hope you find what works best for you!
