@Rebeccabanana I know it can be scary at first, even if you trust the people you're coming out too, because we live in a society so full of queerphobia that we may never know how it affects the people around us. I'd say to start off easy with the people you know are more supportive of the LGBT+ community, and if you aren't sure about this, you can try bringing up the topic in a generic conversation (for example, you can talk about a queer celebrity) to see how they react about these topics. Once you've identified the people who are more likely to support you, you can try coming out to them before moving on to people that you are more uncertain about. This way, you'll know you have someone on your side to support you.
As for how to say it, there's no rule, but it can really be anything from a casual "by the way, I figured I'm bi" to a longer conversation about how and when you found out and what it means to you.
I wish you the best!
