Not sure what to do 😔
Hi. What do I do if I'm unhappy in my relationship sexually? Been with my fiancee for 14 years and as of lately she's been saying she feels disgusting and doesn't want to which I can understand cause I'm in the same boat yet I still find her attractive and want her matter what. She hasn't done anything yet work out wise to work on herself which I've been trying to get her to do things and she just doesn't want to. I don't know what to do. I feel *** for even wanting to ask her for s*x because she isn't feeling herself. And I'm always the one to make the first move. Sigh 😔😔

That can be a hard one to navigate because intimacy is important in a relationship. Communication and honesty are too. If she feels disgusting and you do too, no one should feel that way, perhaps come with a way for you both to get healthier together and find some ways to rekindle the spark and connect again, firstly outside of the bedroom and then when your confidence is built up, inside in. Its clear the love is still there, but relationships need attention , wishing you both the best 💜💕
