Seeking Advice: How to find local communities?

Forgive me if my post is misplaced, I'm not exactly sure what the best angle of approach is here.

My personal issue is that I don't really have an "outlet" for my desire to self express via fashion. I am a cis man who enjoys experimenting with a wardrobe more diverse than what is typically considered appropriate for a man. I don't consider this to have anything to do with my sexuality or the way I view my identity, it's just something I like. That in mind, if this disqualifies me from talking to lgbt+ people that's ok just let me know.

I would like it if I had a local community of like minded men where we could just get together wearing whatever and just do whatever. Doesn't have to be specific I just think I need like a once or twice a year social thing that I can attend in a dress lol. But also any advice on finding internet communities for people like me would be great. It's difficult finding other guys like me, there's seldom any discussion on the matter that isnt buried under pages of other lgbt topics (not that those topics are less valuable theyre just less relevant to me personally)
