Weekends are always worse

I've noticed that I tend to feel worse at the weekend. I'm guessing it's because there's no schedule like during the week.
Today I was able to sit down and play a game. So it's not been as bad as it was last weekend. But I dunno how I will be on Sunday tomorrow.
Does anyone else find weekends hard?
