Hello I’ve known I’ve been bi for a while now. I have a boyfriend and he knows and supports me but I don’t really feel comfortable coming out to my friend and family. Not sure if I ever will but I just wanted to get some support because I feel kinda alone in this situation.

Hi there! Just want to let you know that it is totally normal to feel that way! Most people will feel uncomfortable talking to certain people about a topic at some point in their lives (whether that topic is LGBTQ+ related or not). You're not alone in how you feel, and I've been through similar situations myself! You are strong and I am so proud of you for coming out to your boyfriend; coming out takes time and you should be able to tell people when you are ready and on your terms. I wish you all the best ❤️ Feel free to reply below and tag me if you have any questions.

Thank you I appreciate this so much! I just feel very alone because he’s really the only person who knows. I’m honestly afraid of what some of my family would think / I know they would just gossip about me and I just don’t wanna deal with that . ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you tor making me feel less alone

Hey, I agree with everything that Skylar said! I heard an analogy once that it's not really 'coming out' but about when and who you choose to 'come in'. You don't have to let everyone know or access that part of you at the same time. You do wahtever feels comfortable for you at the time ❤

Thank you for agreeing with me, Fox! That's a great analogy!
