I mean you could be though, I'm pretty sure that's a thing some aros do, fictional people. I mean they are way better than real people in some ways. And like you said, you're 14 (me too lol). I don't think dating is something to worry about too much right now. Not saying to completley put it out of your mind of course, but I myself am trying not to worry about it too much right now at least. Oof

@Squidward4life it's actually pretty common for people of any orientation to not have crushes at such a young age. Some people just experience crushes later on, sexuality doesn't awaken in the same way at the same time for everyone. feel free to keep exploring your identity, and remember that not having a crush may simply mean that you haven't found the right person yet, but you can still try to figure out your orientation by examining your fantasies and wishes for the future

Yeah I'd guess the reason is just being really young still. Everyone develops at their own rate, I didn't start getting crushes till my 20s! And even then only very rarely and after I've grown to know someone

You just need to find the right person thats good for you that you don't fall for people too quickly
