Starting over in a safe accepting community . Is it possible ?

I have been thinking about packing up and finding somewhere I can live out my days being me. Problem is I have no savings, no friends or family, and have no clue where to go. So once again I need to accept that I am stuck with the current plan .
If I knew of a safe accepting place I think I would go ahead and pack up and move.
I doubt that there will ever be a safe place for people like me.
