I'm 15 and I came out to my mom last summer and at first it took her a minute to get used to it but she gets more used to it everyday. I love my mom so much and I appreciate everything my family has done for me but I also love my girlfriend and appreciate her in ways she couldn't even imagine. The only thing is I'm scared for is when the rest of my family finds out that I like girls. I love my family more than anything but I'm scared that they will stop talking to me when they find and what if they don't want to come my wedding because I hope I marry my girlfriend one day and I would love for my family to be there to see it happen. I feel like it would break me to lose them. If anyone else has any advice on how I should deal with this could you please let me know.

@Selenaflores101 your worries are totally normal: you love your family and you also love your girlfriend, so you want everything to work out well. Unfortunately, not everyone is as accepting as your mother, but if they care about you they might eventually question their own prejudice and learn to know you better with empathy. Having your mom by your side is already a great source of support: when you'll eventually decide to come out to the rest of your family (which is not mandatory, by the way! You don't owe anyone a coming out, you should only do it when you feel ready), you will know that you won't be alone. Share your feelings with her, make sure to have her by your side when you decide to come out, not feeling alone makes a great difference.
Be ready to receive questions and unkind comments: the first ones are ok, try to help them understand if they're willing to make the effort! But if they're straight up judgemental and unkind, you don't have to endure it. Make sure you're there to help them understand if they truly want to do that, but if they don't, you don't have to feel guilty about putting some distance between you for a while.
As for your wedding, don't fret now, it's a long way to go and a lot might change in the meantime. Your family will have a long time to get used to it, and even those who may worry that "it's a phase" and you're "too young to know" will have the proof that this is who you are and who you've always been.
Good luck!
