Unending loneliness
I've been suffering from this feeling of loneliness. I've been trying to hang out with friends more to sort of dull the feeling and it goes away, or at least isn't noticeable, until my friends leave. I'm an introvert. I always have been and I like being alone. I don't think the feeling of loneliness comes from being alone exactly. I'm a hopeless romantic. At any given moment I could be either coming up with fun date ideas or imagining situations of me in a relationship. The feeling has stuck with me for a while, but I can remember back to my first girlfriend, which was my only non long distance relationship, and the feeling wasn't around too much because I had her. What do I do?
Hello @NotCompletelyBroken
It sounds like you have been feeling lonely when not around friends. Do you think you are lonely because you are not in a relationship? You might find the Self-Help Guide for Overcoming Loneliness helpful. Here is the link to it <3
Hi there! What is something that you love to do? Draw? Play sports? Or have you ever been curious about anything? Maybe going to the museum and looking at art? Once you start exploring or trying out hobbies or discovering new things, it feels amazing.
Not only you will learn new things/ experiences, you’ll also meet people along the way!
