scared and alone
hi! i’m 15 and just now coming to terms with my sexuality. i live in a very very conservative and close minded town. everyone who loves here talks poorly about lgbtq+ members. i really want to come out and to be myself but i’m so scared to. i have no one to talk to about these things and i would love to talk to anyone who might be able to help. <3
Hey I am 16. I just came out to my friends. Thier supportive but still thinks I am in phase. So just think twice before you come out. If you need help you can speak with me. I am also like you wanting something to change.
I praise you both for having the courage to come out when it's so hard. It's super hard when your community makes jokes about it. I'm almost 57 and I just came out as bi only like 3 weeks ago. I come from a large Italian Catholic family, even though I stopped being Catholic at 18 or 19. I am only gradually starting to accept this truth about me. I'm only telling the people I know love me, who won't be judgy. I told my therapist and a few friends so far and it has been super helpful, and easing my transition.
