@bestJet5874 it's ok to struggle to come out, especially if you haven't come out to many people yet. You're definitely not alone in this! But you can make it, at your own time.
Do you know if you're friend is supportive of the LGBTQ community? Maybe you can try bringing the topic up, to the test the waters and see how they react. You could mention a celebrity that has recently come out, or some LGBT stuff on the news, or maybe mention other people in your life (like a fellow student / coworker etc.) that are out as queer. It could be a chance to see how they react to their topic and what their ideas are. If they turn out to be LGBT friendly, it may give you the courage to tell them about yourself too.
Other than that, just remember that being your best friend, you're the one who knows them best. Try to approach the topic in a way that feels natural for them: are they a usually a cheerful person? You can try coming out in a more "playful" and light-hearted way, maybe cracking a joke or something. Are they a very empathetic person? You can share your emotions and how you feel about your journey of self discovery. In other words, you can try to "speak their language", in a way, but also remember to be yourself and approach the topic in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
Don't worry, a strong friendship will not be affected by it, they know how valuable a person you are, whatever your identity is!
Best wishes on your journey!

Just go for it is my advice, but it depends if it will ruin your relationship with them. If you are okay with keeping them in the dark, and it will ruin your friendship if you tell them, then just stay quiet. Otherwise, wait for a relaxed moment, and then tell them.
