Trans man and mean parents
Man, its tuff being transgender but like, wow. My parento are homophobic and transphobic (even tho they say they aren’t) and I’m giving them subtle hints i want to be trans but they keep telling me its just a phase. Anyone got any advice on how to explain to them its not?? Please comment below :)
@Timmie46 aw I'm sorry it's been tough with them :( people being in denial and shoving it under a phase just so that they don't need to justify things is beyond me too :/
could you maybe sit them down calmly and share with them? I hope they can understand and be accepting of you 💕 you're amazing the way you are and the world around should adjust, if they got an issue with anything!
@Timmie46 I'm trans as well and still learning how to come out and one thing i've learned is you need to be safe so maybe right now don't use the label but you can still express your self the way you want too
