for context, i always had an inkling that i was bi, but i dated someone very hateful and cruel and i think he ruined my perception of love and sex because of this treatment. now the idea of sex just seems so foreign and i just have such an aversion to it.

i kind of (for the first time since the breakup 2 years ago) have found myself in a position where i’m having a crush on a woman. i don’t understand if my aversion to the idea as a whole is coming from the trauma i endured (and how to fix it if so) or if i’m just asexual or actually straight or something. i guess i’m just asking, how do i KNOW? i can’t picture myself in any scenario with ANYONE, but i was able to before.

@energeticTiger9388 aww hugs tiger ❤ I wasn't abused in a relationship but for 18 years my life was ***. It's been 3 years since he me now and I think I'm asexual I don't find anyone attractive and I will never have sex again. So you know I think yes trauma has a lot to do with who you are attracted too and your perspectives on sex and love. But don't let that stop you❤ you deserve kindness hapiness and love. Give it time ❤ you will find yourself again
