Advice
Hi there
Saw this page and I’m wondering if I can get some advice from Guys who may have had these same experiences, I’m a young adult who’s split from my partner before valentine day this year. And as of last been feeling like I’m not good enough sexually for anyone even when I was with my ex, I struggle being able to keep hard for long and being able to withhold ejaculating within a few minutes. Wondering what you think other thoughts are I was looking to seek medial help cheers fox
Websearch "pubococcygeus muscle" & how to exercise it.

I believe the situation you described might be hard for your self-esteem and your opinion of yourself as a man.
I agree that when it decreases your partner's and your own satisfaction, going to a doctor could be the best choice.
But there's also another way: I am afraid that we, men, are often too concerned about the technical aspects or performance, and on the final part of the act. Whereas for many women it is also about closeness, connection, intimacy, safety and acceptance. As some doctors put it: The most important sexual organ is your brain.
Also, what you have experienced with your ex partner, does not have to be the same with another person. People are different physically, emotionally and mentally.
