I find that men don't often talk about their feelings .
They feel they have to be strong.
And not show weakness.
But it's a great strength to open up 🥰🤗

@jasperfrompelepens Definitely. I think it’s talked about more now, but actually admitting you’re struggling is still difficult for a lot of men.
