Daily Mindfulness Check-In August 31, 2021

One of the things I am most grateful for to those who helped me but also to myself for taking the opportunity offered is to have learned and keep on learning about mindfulness. It helped me to stop the downward spiral when sadness or depression "knocks at the door". I realized that I became much more resilient to triggers and are able to bounce back much faster.
