How can meditation help you during a stressful event?
Meditation helps me slow down and focus on the present moment instead of getting overwhelmed by everything happening at once.
Taking a few minutes to breathe and observe my thoughts can help me respond more calmly and clearly, even when a situation feels stressful or uncertain.
How do you feel after meditating?
After meditating, I usually feel more centered and aware of my thoughts and emotions.
The challenges I'm facing may still be there, but I often feel calmer and better able to approach them with patience and a clearer perspective.
