1. I graduated college

2. Got a full-time job

3. Climbed myself out of a depression hole

That all sounds impressive but I don't really feel like it is but it's nice to recognize I did all that

It IS actually an impressive list. Any one of these things is a huge accomplishment all by itself.

Be kind to yourself and realize what an amazing job you did this year!! 😊

I hope one day you will look back and are proud and thankful for all what you have achieved. Often people disqualify the positive things they did when they are exhausted or even burned out from the work to get there. Does that sound familiar?

Thanks for the reminder that looking back can be important to see how far we’ve come.


  1. Found a great therapist
  2. settled in my forever home
  3. Found a “rhythm” to my life. ( sorta lol )
